What is your shipping policy?

If the press is damaged from poor shipping and handling upon arrival let us know. Shipping is insured so it shouldn't be difficult to get it taken care of.

If I'm local in WA, can I pick it up instead of paying for shipping?

Yes! We allow for pick ups for those willing to drive to our location in Puyallup WA.

International Shipping?

We are currently only shipping within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We have a 7 day return policy, provided that the press has not been used or damaged by the buyer. There is a restocking fee of $250 and you are responsible to pay for shipping. If you have any questions about the press when you receive it please contact us and we will do our best to guide you and answer your questions.

What if I break a piece of the press?

We're hoping your press will be with you for years and years to come but we understand that sometimes accidents happen. Please let us know what has happened and what is wrong with your press and we will work with you to get it fixed/replaced. Extra charges for new parts may apply.

I've never made cider, is it easy to learn?

Yes. We provide a cider making guide for every client. You can see our simple guide by clicking the "Making Cider" tab at the top left of this page.

Do other fruits work for pressing with Applin?

As long as the fruit is firmer without pits you could. Pears can work, preferable if they are still slightly firm. This press is for larger fruit. You can experiment with different fruits on your own. We do not recommend trying to put berries or cherries through the masher.
